Your confirmation email confirms that you have booked your slot, please do not wait for the completed email as on occasions it is not completed until after the allocated time.
Membership cards must be shown on arrival.
We are unable to give any refunds after the booking has been made.
You will be asked to sanitise hands as soon as you enter the building.
Please ensure 2 metre distancing is adhered to at all times.
On Entry a team member will greet you, sign you in and show you to a table.
Adults will be asked to wear a mask at all times unless seated.
Table service will take place (however please pay at the counter)
Please ensure you sanitise before and after using the toilet facilities.
Track and trace will be taken through the booking system.
All staff will be wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
We can only take bookings for one household at a time (this can include members of your support bubble if you have one).
We may be conducting non-contact temperature checks on arrival and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone with a temperature over 37.8 degrees C.
Please do not visit if you display any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19: High temperature, new continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
Whilst we are implementing considerable safety, hygiene and social distancing measures, we cannot guarantee that adults or children will not come into contact with adults or children from other households, nor do we accept liability for any illness, or symptoms of illness, which may result during or after a visit.
